BCI has integrated McMillen Surveying Inc. into our company - and with it, the invaluable expertise of Steve McMillen, P.S.M.  Mr. McMillen is a licensed Professional Surveyor and Mapper who brings 26+ years of top-notch survey experience to our company, and we are thrilled to develop this new branch of surveying services BCI. The goal of our surveying division is to provide accurate, professional surveys of the highest quality that exceed the standards set by State and National Statutes. Our final product differentiates us from the norm.

Our survey division specializes in boundary, topographic, as-built, route, mortgage, and airport-related surveys. BCI's survey division is one of the few surveying firms in the state of Florida that specializes in Aviation Surveying. We have full RTK-GPS capabilities giving us the ability to cater to all projects, small and large. Although new to BCI, our survey staff has a rich history of survey work in Gainesville and surrounding communities, for clients including the City of Gainesville, University of Florida, Town of Tioga and Tioga Town Center, Gainesville Community Redevelopment Agency, numerous international and municipal airports, and countless others. Many of BCI's engineering projects over the past decade have been surveyed by Steve McMillen and his former company, MSI. By providing these survey services in-house, we are able to produce surveys more quickly, efficiently, and cost-effectively, thus providing a winning combination for our design team and our clients' budgets. We are proud to bring Steve to our team of professionals here at BCI.
